Great hotel in a great location. Easy to get to any train line, tons of restaurants and shopping, walking distance to Brooklyn Bridge, Chinatown, Little Italy. Highly recommend.

The hospitality was not that great when I came to stay at this hotel. I had a nice room view because I requested it but upon check-in we were not given much attention or information. We were not told about any rules or amenities either. Housekeeping did not check on our room or make our beds either and we weren't informed from the start if that is or isn't the case. We were just left clueless. Also the hotel is in an okay spot, but it requires a bit of walking around to get to the main road depending on the direction you're going,

Excellent location and great transport links. The room was a good size with a fantastic view over the WTC and the 9/11 Memorial. The staff were friendly and, when it worked, the coffee machine in the lounge was a welcome addition to the water station. We were glad to be able to borrow a kettle as there was only a Nespresso maker in the room.
The gym was small and seemed poorly ventilated. We found the bed too soft and would have welcomed an additional duvet given the freezing temperatures during our stay. Some shower gel in the bathroom would have been useful, too.
We could hear the construction works going on to improve the hotel's amenities on the 20th floor.
The hotel was a good base for our stay and we would certainly consider returning to a CQ property in future.

Small boutique hotel. Amazing location, great staff. No restaurant or breakfast available, however they provide coffee, tea, water at all times in the room next to the main hallway.

This is the best hotel to stay in New York! Easily accessible from Newark airport, several subway lines are passing from there, making it easy and fast to get around New York, and very safe area with a lot of police 24/7! The hotel is clean and the rooms are more spacious than other New York hotels. The view is also amazing!

Ideal location away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square especially this time of year (December) - perfect location and right opposite the Memorial Pools. I would recommend this hotel as a place to stay - you get free hot drinks and also there are water machines on each floor with refillable water bottles.
