Great and comfortable place would definitely recommend anyone

I’ve stayed here a handful of times for work , usually it’s acceptable the prices are okay . This time two morning in a row I went to take showers and both morning the water was cold and I told them in the office and they did nothing . Disappointed, specially being a repeat costumer

Bathroom was outdated and needed repair, ie: missing tub and tile caulking. Pet friendly lawn area soggy with standing water from over watering.

This property looks beautiful but everything is broken. I had to ask for a room change because the room I first got was dirty and everything was broken. I moved to another room that was way better but you can tell repairs needed to be done

Book this place due to being pet friendly (and the only one available in this area) and The reviews were good…but.. Check in was great. The surrounding- questionable. The pet area- what pet area! Bathroom- told my family to shower quick and not do baths- it’s dirty I have to clean it. Noise- I don’t know what they were doing but felt like someone drilling next to our room at 6 am. Smells- if you stay here- do not go outside. My husband was walking our dog and he said it smells like stinky fish. Breakfast- if you’re picky go somewhere else. Otherwise- it’s okay. Good thing we were only here to sleep for few hours for next journey. I don’t think I could stay another day here.

I stay here often for work and love it! I feel comfortable and love how clean the rooms are.

The sheets and bed pillows smelled horrible, the noise walls are thin so the noise was terrible.

This was a very nice hotel stay I felt very safe. The breakfast was excellent. The beds were very comfortable, and it was very quiet there. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will come back next time we go to California.

I was very grateful on my arrival I was 3 hours early because I got out of a cancer treatment sooner than expected and the person up front, the desk clerk let me in my room I was very surprised and very happy thank you very much!

Well it's one of my favorites place been coming for some time but on my last visit I had a bad experience which it still hasn't been resolve. I always pre -paid for my rooms and have no problems but this one time just ruin my visit for starter I had paid for two room with the Jacuzzi and the girl send me to the wrong room. So I go and tell her that I want a room with Jacuzzi well she told me we dont have any at the time . What do you mean I paid for r,/j she told me that they were going to accommodate me with one the was no show like she was doing me a favor . I told what but I paid for room w/j and that room was probably my room anyways that why you have no show because it's my room then I was woken in the middle of the night and told that the charges wasn't going through so I got up went front desk and am waiting for 39 minutes for guy to tell me it was a mistake so I go back and check my bank account and they had all these charges on my account for someone else so the morning I talk to manager which she return some the money but didn't acknowledge the charge of room which was 139. To top it if that money was for my moving truck found myself short money over their mistake so manage apologize for they mistake but that did help me in the situation it put me in well after denying the charges of the room but she wouldn't look at my bank account and see they did make those charges this was in May and am still fighting those charges I feel that the staff is very unprofessional
