Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Port Charlotte, FL

This property is under construction and has trash all over the property on the outside also the front desk staff in the day has a nasty attitude aswell as the manager I will be in the area and will be contacting the local code enforcement for operating under renovations demolition of walls and the are bringing out broken bricks down the elevators with visitors on site the manager Tony is allowing all of this

When booking there was no mention of constant construction every day at the hotel. The area around the hotel had construction materials and debris. The inside was dirty from the construction in areas and it was noisy during the day - did not want to complete work calls, etc. Did not feel safe. Front desk staff were rude. Had to stay 1 night to not lose money then rebooked elsewhere.

Wouldn't hesitate booking her again great value and high quality

The only complaint I would have would be they are in the middle of renovations but that's not really valid as they are upfront that that's occuring. Very clean all the staff are friendly and super helpful. They have been great addressing all my concerns right away. Definitely recommend

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Temporarily under remodeling, but worth it.

The staff was fab, the rooms was cleaned very well every morning. However the hotel is under going much needed renovations. Can't wait to our return next year when I visit my family.

Amazing

It rained during our stay and the constant dripping of water from the leaking windows made it difficult to sleep. But that was only one night the rest of the nights four in total it was hard to sleep because the fan on the air conditioner NEVER shut off. Even after shutting the air conditioner off both on the air conditioner and on the wall thermostat the fan NEVER shut off. It would have been nice to have a shelf in the shower to put your soap on or your shaver. I'm sorry but I won't stay here again.

It was good. Clean etc everything you need. Initially there was a smell slightly when we arrived at the room and the he concierge sprayed Lysol and it dissipated.

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. I believe many of these ratings are false or paid. This was the most expensive place along our travel route and the worst! Upon checkin, the clerk looked at a list and said she didn’t know if they were cleaned yet, then decided to give us this room. I’m not sure if we were better or worse for that. Our room was dark and dreary, bare walls, broken light fixtures. The tub looked disgusting, stained inside and rusted outside. It got worse when we turned the hair dryer on- started to smoke and made horrible noise. Pillows were terrible, very lumpy. We were only staying 1 night so we stuck it out. Wish I complained there because hotels.com has been no help but thats a lesson in itself.

Comfortable room...hot breakfast in the morning (eggs, waffles, french toast,bagels etc) front desk is very professional and helpful.

I stayed here for to trip from Mass to visit my family. I was happy to have the extra bed so tgat my grand daughters could stay too. The staff was kind and courteous- all of them! I’ll very likely come back to this property again. Thank you.
