This was our 1st visit to San Francisco Fisherman’s Wharf area & we absolutely loved our stay! The hotel is centrally located to the boardwalk, Ghirardelli choc factory, hop on hop off buses, many restaurants; etc! We can’t thank Sara enough @ the front desk! She was so helpful & even helped us find a place oN NYE to have drinks & then go to the fireworks at the bay!! We will definitely be back & will tell all of our family & friends to stay here as well! Happy New Year 2025! The Wimberley’s

Staff was excellent! They were helpful and gave great advice. The room was spacious and comfy. The only thing I would say is, skip the breakfast. It’s expensive, and takes forever. It’s really not worth the price; there are other places that are better.
Hotel and valet staff were great though!

Room was clean but could use some updates. Hallway had an unusual smell not sure if it was air freshner or cleaner. It was a great location, convenient to several activities.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to check out before our car rental was ready and they stored our luggage for us so we could enjoy the wharf before we left.

Right outside my hotel room window was the signs for the hotel that was very lit up. No matter how closed i had the black out curtain the room was not completely dark.

Overall was good. When I parked a car, a hotel staff kindly explained two options, valet or self parking. Although WiFi didn't connect at the begining, the hotel staffs kindly called the customer service. WiFi beacame available around at 6:00pm. I expeated that tooth brush and the slippers were available, but there gs no amenity.
