The hotel feels really safe and the design of the whole hotel is nice. The place is very green and the room is very clean. The sink is in the room rather than the bathroom which is a bit inconvenient. Would stay there again.

Our stay in Palo Alto Creekside Inn was for Medical purposes. Our stay at Creekside Inn was very quiet, clean room, bed was comfortable. Patio was nice & quite to eat our lunch. There was a Deli store near Creekside Inn. It was very convenient to go to the Deli store to order what ever we wanted. They have deli sandwiches, salads, soups. coffee bar and beer, wine, soda, water, vitamin water, ice cream. Whatever you need.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and by far this place has the best staff. They are very kind and helpful. Cleanliness is a priority to this hotel.

Charming updated old-western motel style. Beautiful grounds and check in was quick. Secure lot with a handy laundromat and deli on site. Bathrooms are updated, but still on the small side because this is a renovation of an older place. Worked well for our family.

It was a nice place, but their shampoos weren’t good quality and the bath soap was empty for several days before they refilled it even after housekeeping was by. Other than that it was a lovely place.

The room was advertised to have 3 full-size beds, we arrived to find that there were only 2, and a very old, uncomfortable sofa-bed. We further found the room to be much more outdated than what we anticipated, and breakfast were pastries and coffee set up in the small hotel lobby.

All the staff were very nice and helpful, and the location was fantastic. Everything went smoothly. The only minor issue was that the walls were quite thin, so I could hear noise from the neighboring room. However, I used earplugs at night, so it wasn’t a big problem.

I like the property, but next time I will book direct with the hotel. They kept sending me messages that my hotel room was $112.00 but I paid expedia $148.00 before taxes and fees.

I traveled with my 3 daughters for Christmas. The staff was very welcoming and were super great the whole time we were there. We felt safe, the hotel is beautiful. The grounds are very well kept and the landscape is beautiful. Pool was clean and warm. The umbrella in the room was a huge bonus as it rained almost everyday. We would definitely stay again if we ever travel to the SF bay area again.
