Great location at the beginning of the town! Everything was close by. Same breakfast to go every day. One night manager was not nice as he would not turn on water fountain to fill a water bottle.

Wonderful staff. First time we ran the hot water, we had to run it for about 5 minutes. As this was not our first stay, we were given an upgrade.

The jacuzzi in room was nice. The facility in whole is falling apart. The floor in the elevator had a huge dip. The walls are cracking. Very outdated and in very bad condition. It's very loud as well.

Our stay was just for one night. Check in and out was pretty quick and easy. The continental breakfast was quick for our kids. The room and lobby and overall night stay was just ok. The place is pretty outdated and could really use touch up with new bathroom fixtures.

The customer service at check in was sub standard. The room was NOT clean! The shower curtain was mildewed. There was toothpaste from previous guests in the sink area. Location is good but would never stay there again

Hotel was booked January's 2024 for parade booked room with balcony on street.. when we checked in they tried to put us on a room not on street. Hotel wasn't the cleanest.. my daughters room had mold in shower. Our toilet was very slow flushing had to request a plunger..

I had to switch rooms due to the water being turned off. I was upgraded to a bigger room, yet the condition of the room was very poor. There is no seal letting in light and sound. around the door and the door was able to be opened without a keycard.
I was also woken up at 5am by the garbage truck collecting trash from the restaurant literally 20 feet from my room.

The first room we got smelled of cigarette smoke. They upgraded us to a different room. The room was clean, but extremely dated and needing repair the building is very old and needing a major update. For the price we paid i would have expected more. The breakfast was a good basic milk, juice? Coffee and dried cereal and breads

Room was roomy but no fire place availability in room as advertised. It was cold in the 40's and would have been nice. The breakfast had few options. Not worth advertising
