I usually don’t leave reviews but this stay was everything I needed to accommodate my family of 6. From the cleanliness of the suite, the breakfast options & the friendliness of the hotel staff they owe me nothing! :) I will continue to stay here each time I visit Ohio.

What an amazing birthday experience with lots of snow. The staff were friendly and exceeded my expectations. Thanks Keith, Todd, and Fran at the happy hour bar.

The staff were fantastic and friendly, the hotel was clean and quiet and the complimentary reception at night was top tier. My stay was amazing and I look forward to my next trip so I can stay here again!

Rooms are nice, comfortable, new.
Breakfast was pretty good but poor fruit selection, coffee was cold and weak. Having a bar is convenient. Pool was mediocre.
It’s a remote location for Canton.

Hotel was nice, the staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast was good, however the food could have been kept warmer. The lady making the made to order omelets was very nice and good at her job. The evening reception was nice, could use a better wine option but hey it’s free so can’t complain. The pool definitely needs work, it looks very dirty but must be stains all over the bottom because it didn’t seem to stir up when people were in it.

The suite was as expected, however, the food and service at the hotel restaurant (Driftwood Bistro) was spectacular. Friendly waitstaff and the food absolutely fantastic.

Nicer than most budget or mid level hotels, but dated and dirty for an embassy suite. Normally i like Embassy suites, but this is the dirtiest and least updated embassy i have stayed at. Dust hanging from bathroom vent, tiny shower head, hairs on bathroom floor.

Used to and was expecting the traditional Embassy Suites layout. This was a lot smaller (rooms and building). Breakfast great as usual. Unfortunately my room wasn't properly cleaned and I could see 100's of barefoot prints all over the tile floor and in the bathroom! Disgusting to say the least. Told staff, and they cleaned it right away, but I was still skived out the rest of the stay.

The hotel was surprisingly comfortable and accommodating -- great evening reception with snacks and a huge spread each morning for breakfast. The staff was really friendly and helpful without feeling overdone or hoity toity -- just real and fun to talk with.
