The stay was amazing! Friendliest staff I have dealt with at a hote in a while! The only thing I would say to make it better is add a better beer on the voucher choice, but other than that a stellar stay! Oh also that chef making omelets is by far the best I have ever tasted!

This place is well run. We cant help but mention how professional and classy Jordan, the overnight manager is.... Because of the weather, we had all kinds of issues with our flight. This situation could have been very stressfu; for many people who needed to delay or expedite check in/check out PLUS the guests who were here for the CFP game......they handled these details flawlessly...Truly impressive Jordan!

We didn’t choose excellent because of the desk, when two of our three rooms had to check in after midnight the receptionist was not helpful to the point of being rude?!! The rest of the staff was lovely!!!

The property was super clean, and the complimentary breakfast was fantastic, along with the staff. I stayed for 3 nights with my son, daughter, and five grandkids, and we all loved it. My only critique is the parking. I would rather pay a little more and have the parking included rather having to deal with paying parking via the app.

I did not like that we had to pay daily for parking. I think that is taking advantage. Also, I had to cut my trip early because of the snow. I only stayed 1 night. Can I get a reimbursement?

Simone is amazing every time. She will change your day to the positive; She's just optimistic her vibe, is magnetic, just makes you happy when you get there. If it can be done, Simone is going to make it happen.
. Truly, truly, truly want to make sure travelers know that out there... I live out of hotels basically for work and personal so I know what i'm talking about. When they call you by your name, when you walk in the door it just changes things. Your stay is that way in its entirety.. This is the place to go, and Simone is a large part of that reason.

In my entire life, I've left 2 reviews. This will be the third one, it was certainly warranted. Jordan the front desk manager has impressed me more than any hotel employee my entire life and I'll tell you why. Due to my work in sales, I travel all the time. I know every detail about every stay and at every hotel. What makes it great, and what makes it not. I've never had an employee of a hotel not only ask me questions specifically about how he could make my stay better, but also knew to ask before I could even ask these questions myself, and then quickly find a solution and go above and beyond . There's only one hotel we will now stay in in Dallas. That is because of Jordan, it is the Embassy suites by the Galleria.Thank you so much, Jordan.I really, really appreciate you.

The room was excellent. There was a convertible couch to bed, a small area for coffee and a fridge. The bedroom was very comfortable. I was impressed with the breakfast and all other aspects. I highly recommend this hotel.
