Embassy Suites by Hilton Sacramento Riverfront Promenade

Great property. Friendly staff. And so much walkable around the hotel. Would def stay there again.

Staff were great, room was nice and clean and breakfast was good :) will definitely stay again.

We've stayed at other Embassy Suites but the customer service from the front desk, to the valet service to the workers at the breakfast area were all FANTASTIC and this is now our favorite Embassy Suites.

I can't think of a single thing not to like about this property. The entire staff from housekeeping to security to front desk were so friendly and accommodating. Location was excellent and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Wish I could have stayed longer

My room had a funny smell. I had to keep my window open the whole time so it didn’t bug me and that made it very noisy.

I fell in love with this place, the staff were so very nice. I felt so relaxed

Upon checking into the hotel, the attendant at the front desk was rude and provided us with incorrect information. He informed us that our debit card was not on file, so we had to leave the hotel to retrieve it. However, upon returning, a gentleman named Neville assured us that there was no need to present proof of our debit or credit card since it was already on file. All he required was our address and full names. Additionally, before we went down for breakfast, we discovered that we had been checked out of our room before 11 a.m., and our key cards no longer worked. My husband had to speak with the same gentleman, and this issue occurred twice during our stay. The overall experience was frustrating and inconvenient. Instead of enjoying time with our daughters, we had to deal with the hassle of check-in issues and malfunctioning key cards. Given this experience, we’re uncertain if we would choose to stay here again.

This Embassy Suites was in the perfect location next to the river and downtown. The nightly complimentary happy hours were an excellent touch. The room was nice and the breakfast was excellent every morning. I will be staying again soon.

It’s been awhile since I stay in a hotel that I was really pleased with. I have no complaints. My family enjoyed our short stay and every single staff member we encountered was so friendly.

Perfect for hanging out downtown Sac

The riverfront was a Pleasant View and walking area. The rooms were very accommodating, however Wasn't pleased with the fact that all the rooms are pet friendly. Attention should be given to the cleaning of rugs in some of the rooms. Old Sacramento and Amtrak train station in walking distance.

The customer service is exceptional. The rooms are clean and neat with lots of amenities that you don't see often In other hotels.

I was upgraded to a large room that was great.

Great hotel! Warm welcome, clean rooms, and excellent staff service! We also really enjoyed the breakfast.
