Our stay was good except when we checked in, the person working was not very personable. I had to go back down because the keys will not work only to find out. She wrote the wrong room number. She only corrected the number on the card, but did not even say sorry that she made a mistake. Otherwise, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Our room is just close to the elevator and you can hear people coming in and out of the elevator and talking loud late at night and early in the morning.

I thought for the price this hotel is awesome. Amenities aren’t the best, but overall very clean and comfortable place to stay a few days.

Great value for the money in a city that is always more expensive than it should be. I will absolutely be back

Desk lady was beautiful

Even was incredibly clean. The staff were polite, helpful and efficient. Location was close to Grand Central and 20 minutes walking distance to Times Square. Would definitely stay here again

Everything was great and clean. Didn’t like that you could still see in the bathroom even with the door closed. Beds and pillows were a little uncomfortable but it was fine for one night.

There was a minor issue with one of the Front Desk Attendants, but I chose not to let it affect my experience and brushed it off. However, it’s important to emphasize that customers with disabilities and from diverse racial backgrounds are people who deserve the same respect and attention as everyone else. Please don’t overlook us or treat us as though we are invisible. Excellent customer service means ensuring all guests feel valued and respected.
