My stay was ok. I was welcomed by a nice lady at check in. The rooms appeared pertty clean but it did have a strange sent. I stayed 4 days and no one cleaned our room not 1 time during our stay and when i mentioned it to the front desk i was told the only clean the rooms every two weeks. No one would bring up tolite paper or towel. You had to bring down the old ones in order to get new ones. And there was a roach in my room when i came back from being out all day. So the stay was ok.

Check-in was VERY slow, but the staff is great. This place isn't fancy--the front hall smells like dogs--but there were four things I really liked that are super-important to me:
1. The room was really clean.
2. The hotel itself is very quiet--more so than more upscale places I've stayed. I'm guessing that's because this is an extended stay place, so residents are more careful about being obnoxious because they're not checking out the next day.
3. The A/C and heating unit work very well and are quiet.
4. The bed was super-comfy: the pillows were perfect for me.

The facility smelled like an ashtray. The rugs in the hallway were dirty, the trash was over flowing. Lillian, who checked us in was lovely. There were broken bottles, food scraps and other trash strewn across the parking lot in many spots. It was not a pleasant experience at all.

Spent one night. Paid for two queen beds, but was given a room with two full beds. The very nice desk clerk insisted they were queens and I didn’t see the point in arguing without a tape measure but as a couple who sleeps in a queen bed at home, these beds were definitely full/doubles. The hotel was very noisy throughout the night in the hallways and neighboring rooms. Our door was filthy and hard to open. Would not stay in an Extended Stay again unless I really needed the kitchen.

Stood in this property for two days a lot of homeless people occupying a lot of their rooms every time I went out the back door it was always crackheads and people drinking and smoking hallway smelled disgusting like cigarettes A lot of big dogs are staying there with people Spend a little more money and go to somewhere else

We booked a with two queen beds (which we paid for) and we got a full size beds. When we asked about the rooms the rude women at the front desk stated “your lucky you got that we are over booked”. The room was not so clean the hallways stunk like weed. All employees at the front desk are less then helpful and RUDE AS HELL .

Granted I did get my room but took them an hour to find someone to check me in. I literally had to call the headquarters to try and get someone to check me in and I did miss my friends ceremony because of this. Yeah I would not recommend at all.

Halls smelled of smoke, weed, and strong chemicals trying to cover them up. There appear to be semi-permanent residents staying here who camp out at the exit and chain smoke all day and night. Keys kept demagnetizing and rooms aren't equipped with kitchen supplies. They say to ask for them...when we did, they did not have forks/knives available. Staff was friendly and tried to help, but mainly seemed sheepishly apologetic for problems they couldn't really fix.
