My favorite place to stay for extended periods. It is clean.
The staff is amazing.
Overall, not all at once, within the last year I have at stayed at this hotel about four months total throughout the year. They've never had an issue if I did. Management and front desk took care of it. If it was a maintenance issue, it was taken care of immediately.

Someone was doing drugs a few doors down from. As a result the entire hallway was covered in smoke from what police believed to be crystal meth.

Someone fell asleep cooking causing everyone to have to leave out in the middle of the night. Done if the washer and dryers are broken. Microwave rusting out, refrigerator was dirty there was still a garbage can with rotten food in it, the first room they sent me to, and the ruined smelled of it.

I asked staff about the sink being blocked up after my first night for 4 days,bl but no one came to check it out . It is still backed up going on day 4, and the water has turned black. It also stinks really bad.

The room was very clean and well wait out.I had a nice cue from my room window.And the Staff was very kind polite And helpful I will come here Often as long as i'm able to Come back to this hotel as a choice of options You need a better breakfast though But never was up for the breakfast In order to eat I will reach Promise it will tell my friends to come here too

The television in the room worked, but the picture was very dark. I asked to switch rooms just a few minutes after checking in, but was not permitted to change rooms. There were no hangers in the room, it was dirty, and I saw several bugs in the room. The toilet seat was up and had what looked like urine on the seat. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience

The front desk, assistant manager, was so rude. I had accidentally forgot to change my occupancy on my reservation from the default of 2 to 1 and she would not assist me in checking in because of this. I advised her that i was here for business and there was no one staying with me. She laughed and said "Well thats too bad for you" and referred me to customer service for Hotels.com. when i was able to get a hold of someone...she was calling someone on her phone and making negative comments, so I canceled and stayed at a different hotel.

Assistant manager Robbie and Manager Jamie were completely disrespectful. COCKROACHES, BLOOD stains, and abnormal stains were in our room !!! We went to complain after noticing these things the third night. All they offered was another room! They did NOT refund the nights we did NOT stay there and much less a compensation for the problem. I told them that I could report them to the health department and they banned me for telling them I was going report them to the health department. They said that was a threat !?! If your hotel is nice and clean like you say what’s the problem ?!

The room next to me was very loud all throughout the night. I got minimal sleep. It would’ve been nice if they could have been quiet at 10 PM until 7 AM.
Instead they knocked on the wall most of the night and their kids were loud.
