The entire team/staff were engaged and extremely nice!! The facilities were very well kept: the room, bathroom, breakfast area, lobby, gym, and laundry room. They even had EV-Go!! Chargers outside the hotel in the parking lot. The hotel is also close to the freeway, which made it even easier to travel anywhere. The only issue was the hotel WIFI, was kind-of laggy…which this would be me nitpicking. Overall experience though was amazing. Next year when we come back, we will be definitely staying at this hotel. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

I urge anyone considering a stay here to think twice. My experience has been a nightmare. Here with my one-year-old due to a power outage at home, I was shocked by the blatant disregard for guests’ needs. The coin laundry requires four dollars in quarters ($4 to wash and $4 to dry), and when I asked the front desk to charge my room for the ONE dollar I lacked, they flat-out refused, ignoring the fact that I needed clean scrubs for my nursing shift and clean clothes for my baby…. To top it off, at 3 AM, a group of loud, drunk guests outside of our room smoking made it impossible to sleep. Despite multiple complaints, the staff failed to enforce their own quiet hours policy. It took three calls to the front desk for them to admit they couldn’t control the situation and I was told “there’s nothing we can really do about it”. This hotel completely fails to care for its guests. Basic customer service is nonexistent. I will never return and strongly warn others to avoid this place.

The room was clean and quite for being next to the freeway. The room and hallway must have just had new carpet installed which was really nice. The free breakfast had lots of options. Great customer service!

The bed i was in was sagging one my side, didn't sleep well, also are room was next to the stair well where the kids were running up and down till about 11pm every night shaking are room.

It was really clean. The beds were very clean and you could tell it was. I had an awesome over night stay.

My boyfriend and i only stayed the one night because we were actually staying in the building over for 6 nights, we only booked this to arrive early to california. They overbooked us in a two bed when we originally got the single which wasn’t too bad since we did book it late. Unfortunately the room was dated. it didn’t feel comfortable with the two beds. The bathroom door never stayed open. which was a hassle as it made the loudest screech as you opened it. the bathroom has a curtain but i don’t really trust those. there wasn’t too much space to put our things but thankfully it was only for the night. i wouldn’t stay here again, the people at the front desk were nice but that’s about it.

Like everything except for the breakfast hours. It would be nicer if the hours on the weekdays are 6-10 and weekends 7-11.
