Impossible to connect via telephone. I tried to call one while week before my flight here and not once did I get connected to reception .just rang and rang and rang and rang and rang ad infinitum. How do people get in touch with their family or friends who stay in this hotel??????

Such a wonderful staff! Yes it is an older place, but kept up well. Because of the great staff, I will be returning there in my future travels.

It was my second stay at this hotel and everything was good except getting woken up by individuals standing outside talking loudly at 2:15am. They continued until my wife had to go out and ask them to leave. Also I discovered a bug crawling in the room. Otherwise it was ok

My rating is based on the experiences I have had at this and other hotels. For example, the bathrooms in the show area are disgusting, the plastic touching us when we shower. The hotel has all the conditions to install a shower door... Keep the pool area clean, just like the pool itself.

We only used the room for one overnight before heading home. It was fine for that and seemed decent if you're not really picky about accomodations. It's really basic. The bar looked fun and the people seemed happy. And the front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. Really great location.

I forgot my wallet at check in and the clerk took all my cash and when I went for my wallet he told me someone found it on the outside

This is a solid three-star hotel so you get what you pay for. The room itself was very dated, and the beds very hard, but on the plus side, it was clean. The tiki bar staff were also very friendly and offered suggestions on places to visit and eat.

The room as the booking site photo, but need to request the kettle and utensils. it was short of peeler, sponge, tea towel, baking dishes. The most i dont like the tv which have some problem cant see from far. it must watch in very close range , Otherwise, the imagine is black. why dont they chase out old tv and buy the new one, which will upgrade more about the resort. whatever i paid whatever i got. 2. no ensuite lock chain , which can add more security. Pool looks good, didnt try. Check in desk is not 24 hrs, its a safe, quiet town- Ft. Lauderdale. in the beach area

This motel is an the older style motel but i don't mind that. Needed to stay for an emergency and it was excellent and would stay again.
