The roof in my bathroom was leaking. I got to the hotel 10:30 pm I kept hearing drops of water didn’t know where it was coming from, I got up from bed and the whole floor was drenched the toilet seat was also wet. I called the front desk from the room phone3 times no one answered I called from my personal phone they answered right away they said someone was going to be at my room in 5 minutes…. Unfortunately that never happened it took them 50 minutes and 2 more phone calls for them to send someone . I was changed rooms at 1am not even an apology which is disappointing. Then the new room they gave me there was a little kids next door making noise I could not sleep. Usually I stay here but this will probably be my last

Rooms are dated in color scheme. Was expecting a mini refrigerator but that was not available. On positive side bath rooms were updated and super.

Service was excellent but we had no hot water at the time we took showers. It came back later on so I am guessing it was rush hour but a hotel should have enough hot water for all! Just for one night is fine! Price was perfect!

Perfect location for myself and my daughters. Chuck E Cheese down the road and a put-put golf course next door. We’ll be back for Spring break since the shuttle runs to Universal Studios.

Clean and great for a simple day/night of rest! Loved the heated swimming pool and knowing there were shuttle options I could potentially use. Parking was nice and convenient, great breakfast options nearby and some plazas/mini golf for fun. Overall room was in great condition and in a great location, not too far from City Walk.
