The property was very accommodating to us and our dog which was fabulous. We would definitely consider coming back in the future. It was close to the activities we wanted to do; property was easy to navigate.

This is avery nice place. Right across the street from the Buffalo International Airport. Clean,quiet with a great staff. Easy driving distance to Highmark Stadium. It could use some touch ups but overall agreat place

Bathroom floor & toilet were dirty. Room had lots of street / traffic noise. Tried to use the wall heater in room as white noise to cancel out traffic noise, but fan kept shutting off.

Don’t stay here first I paid my incidentals in cash the girl who did it didn’t do it right and almost did not get my money back. I left really early in the morning cause the heat wasn’t working I froze. The jacuzzi was cracked with sticky caulk on it they did nothing to rectify the situation so I left and went somewhere else.

You have to turn on shower while trapped inside exposing yourself to cold spray as you go to the back to escape out of shower while it warms up. Every thing else was fine.

We did an overnight stay for a hockey game. Check in was great. We came early because it was a 4:00 game and they let us check in without a problem. Very friendly, charmed no place to stay. Clean, quiet. Definitely wanna stay longer!

Overall the hotel was good. A bit outdated, but clean and friendly staff. I did not receive any VIP treatment nor the $10 food credit. I was a little surprised with the ala carte cafe that charged for breakfast. The decor is awesome and pet friendly environment.

We had asked for a renovated room as we were at this property before and it was not renovated or clean. It wasn’t busy so this could not have been the excuse. In need of clean over haul. Staff was very accommodating.

Had a huge red stain in our bed. I don’t know if it was wine or blood but it looked like it has been there for days. Room service was not available at all when we needed it because they apparently have left early. Room did not look like what was posted on the website.

It was a great place to stay however looks outdated. Also, when turning on the jucuzzi tub a bug came out.
