Grand Z has the best room rates especially for a casino. The rates cannot be beat and the rooms are absolutely cozy & comfortable. The rooms are very clean and everyone from the hotel staff, housekeeping, the casino staff, restaurant workers, security and the hostesses. Everyone's courteous, attentive and friendly. There are a variety of slots to choose from. Guaranteed there something for everyone. Great incentives as well. We stayed 5 days 4 nights it was very affordable.

Not a bad place to stay if you plan on spending most of your time on the casino floors. Guest room floors were quiet. Mini fridge was extremely loud and sounded like it was going to explode. In room AC unit was extremely loud as well. No matter how many times you would turn the thermostat completely off with it a few minutes it was right back on and sounded like a helicopter was taking off.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Room was cold still after increasing the thermostat. Someone’s car alarm went off and lasted well over an half hour. Very disappointing especially the cold room while the outside temp was in the single digits.

The room needs maintenance, seems neglected! No coffee in the room!!! Bed was comfortable.
The restaurant for breakfast was aweful. One person working, cold food, he was running as fast as he could but long waits for everything...including coffee!

Housekeeping came pounding on the door at 9 o’clock in the morning when checkout was at noon. This is a casino. You don’t want. Woke up at 9 o’clock in the morning to see if we’re checking out.
