Hampton Inn Savannah - I-95 North

Everything ok. Food good

Decent for an overnight stay but, not more than that for us. It was convenient to I95. Beds were good but sheets felt old. I would probably try another hotel in this area next time we travel to that area. Staff was friendly and check in was fast. Breakfast was like any other breakfast included hotel. OK but not terrific. The coffee was excellent.

I’ve stayed at the Hampton Inn many times and I’ve stated this one many times everything was perfect except the elevator wasn’t working but manager on duty or the lady behind the desk found me a room on the first floor. She was very helpful and the cleaning staff took care of my room right away, so all I can say is terrific

The front desk was nice and very helpful but the room was not ready for guests. Coffee maker didn't work, no coffee in room, phone was unplugged from the wall and could not be plugged in (said they would fix it tomorrow - God forbid if I had an emergency tonight), elevator was broken and front desk has no idea when it will be fixed, and no liners in the garbage cans. Very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this property.

Check-in was a breeze. Staff was wonderful and very friendly. Comfortable beds - and my husband is very picky due to health issues. He gave a two thumbs up on the bed! Omelets for breakfast on the buffet - wow!

Family trip traveling back up 95 after the holidays. Check-in was excellent, however when we got into our room, there were clumps of hair all over the shower (like, stuck eye level on the shower wall, very visible), as well as a bottle of cleaning solution that was left on the counter. We cleaned it off and continued with the stay because otherwise the room was very nice, beds very comfy. However, the hotel is on a road that shares a path with the local Fire/Police/Ambulance line, so throughout the night we were woken by sirens every hour or so. Getting double pane soundproof glass might be a necessity for this hotel, Hilton higher-ups. Breakfast was excellent, large variety and all freshly made and cleanly prepared.

elevator was not functioning

There wasn’t anything remarkable about the hotel but we appreciated the cleanliness and yummy breakfast. The only let down was that out of all the staff we encountered, only one of the front desk staff was friendly. The hotel has good amenities and is safe.

Pet hair all over the room

Very close to the airport which was very convenient! Lovely staff and very comfortable bedding!

At 1 am guest services tried to let another person into our room. She tried two different times but we had put the safety door stop on. When I called down to guest services they just stated they were confused with the room numbers.

Everything was gine, except the waterlogging in the path around the building and in a few parking spaces.

Convenient stay/stop off of 95. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice. Absolutely no hot water the two days we were there. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap were completely out. Had to run downstairs and ask for some. Only one roll of toilet paper, also had to go down and ask. Over all, minor inconveniences I suppose but based on the water issue alone- we wouldn’t stay here again. My family had three rooms total- two different floors, same water temperature issue.

On the second night of my stay, I came back to find that the room hadn’t been cleaned, there were no towels, and everything was a mess.

The bathroom was not the cleanest.

Couldn't connect with the house Internet after many tries. No cups to make coffee in the room in the morning. Good breakfast.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. This is the first time that we have been disappointed. Our room was not vacuumed and the bathroom was not clean. The hotel seems to have gone downhill and is not updated.

Overall everything was good but the parking is not free.

Although hotels.com knew 5 were staying in the room, we.arrived very late and exhausted with a cantankerous toddler and two boys only to find there were no bed linens or pillows even in the room for the two boys. When we went to call the front desk, we found the phone completely disconnected. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk did not mention anything about texting for service, so my husband had to walk all the way back down to the front desk at 2:30 a.m. to ask for bed linens before our kids could sleep. The upholstry on the pull-out couch was quite dirty. The king size bed was comfortable and its bed linens looked and smelled clean and the bathroom was clean. Overall, you get what you pay for. Since it saved us $100 to stay there, I guess it was still worth it, but we only slept there. Would not recommend it for anything else.
