Receptionist at arrival was off putting and seemed bothered by my presence and was tangible as she was not the same with the next guest she checked in. The room was dirty, under the bed there was so much dust and food crumbs from previous people it was really gross. The office chair that was included in the room was peeling from the a rest and left rough pieces all over the floor. The room AC was noisy and squeezed all night! It was on of the most uncomfortable nights I have ever experienced at a Hilton. The morning staff was much nicer but overall the experience was really poor!

I didn't like how things weren't working when we stayed. The jacuzzi wasn't working, the wifi wasn't working so we couldn't use the tv for music, somethings for breakfast weren't working as well. The bed comforter had statins on it how distinguishing. The shower had hair in it. I wouldn't recommend. For the price we paid and the things that weren't working we felt we deserved some money back. It wasn't worth the price.

The property was very nice and facilities nice.
Not impressed with not having hot water to shower with, toilet stopped up and had to have janitor plunge right off the bat. Not impressed with no hot water for shower! On the second floor?

The room was clean and spacious. I tried once at night and once in the morning to take a shower and was unable to get hot water. There were long periods of ice water punctuated by brief moments of surprising scalding hot water. All in all it was overpriced and I will not return.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Breakfast was included on the Expedia website but we had to pay $13 each. One of the best parts of staying in a nice hotel is watching cable tv at night. Our only option for tv without commercials was to sign into our personal Netflix account. The cost of our room was almost $300. It is disappointing that the cable was taken away with no other options. The bath gel on the bathroom was also broken. These are little things but there seems to be no extras anymore or benefits for choosing a higher end hotel.

Hot water in the shower was not consistent. It went from scalding to ice cold and back again no matter what we did. The room itself was clean but the bathroom soap containers were all empty. Had to request them to be filled and then housekeeping on filled a 2 out of 4. The curtains didn’t close all the way when we asked for help it was oh sorry from maintenance. The front desk seemed annoyed if we tried talking to him. Including during check in. The food in the restaurant was very good and Billy in the bar was amazing. Other than that, not very impressive
