I don’t remember ever given a 5 stars review but this one was great! Liked everything about the hotel, the room, location, staff. The only thing was missing was onsite parking but it’s manhattan. Most of all was the price made my choice and didn’t expect much but far beyond what I expected.

Great location and value. Great room too

The first room we were assigned did not had curtains and the heater was not working properly. We were moved to a different room the next day. They do a room check and clean up every other day. Do not refill the coffee and cup in the room. One Elevator was not working, a lot of waiting time for going up and down. I think is a good location, great restaurants around and felt safe. We were able to keep our luggage after checkout which is a plus.

Our stay was with family of 4. The accommodation was great better than expected. They offered free breakfast which was surprising but well appreciated. If you don’t order the breakfast at the restaurant, they do have complimentary hot coffee and muffins. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. We also got parking discount at a local garage. Metro was very close and food there’s a lot of places to get to eat and stay late I think till 2am. Heck they even had a pizza place that sell $1.50 slices..

Our room was very comfortable and my son, dog and I had a great time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is near all my favorite parts of NYC, the west village, little Italy, little Paris, soho, with lots of restaurants and cafes. My only regret was having breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, they kept getting my order wrong and by the time I got my food right it was cold and it was way overpriced, even by NYC standards.

Everything was great with the exception of overnight staff. The lady was very rude & stayed in back iffice.

I was most impressed with the staff responsiveness. They were great at working with customers. The place was clean and very nice. There was an issue with the heading and cooling in the room but it wasn't anything that made us dislike our stay. Close to the subway, shopping, food, etc.

I have videos of the mold covered in bathroom and was then told hours and hours after report they were moving us to another room. After that was informed by manager he had it tested and it wasn’t mold. Can’t test for mold in 39 minutes

Very noisy at night. Had to sleep with the fan on to drown out the noise. Carpet needs to be cleaned.

Convenient access to MTA. Hotel felt a little dated/worn.

Overall, my experience was good. However, some of the staff obviously didnt want to be there and didnt care to hide it. Also, I was the first person to shower in the room and there was hair in the shower. Im assuming it was from the last guest, but who knows. There were also black specs on the shower wall that looked a lot like black mold. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, so this isn't terribly surprising. We were only there for a few days, so I didn't see the point in complaining. Alternatively, the hotel is walking to Little Italy and Chinatown! There's a station directly outside of the hotel, which is always helpful. There are some fun bars and restaurants within a few blocks, too!

Door latch was a little hard to open. Otherwise, great stay with easy access to subway. Very convenient.

The hotel room was small, elevator was super slow! The worst thing is AC in the room was very LOUD! We woke up multiple times during the night. I complained to the manager but was told no room available to switch! I will never come to this hotel again and would tell my friends not come to it!

Used app to check in prior to arrival and ensure a quiet room (light sleeper) but had a hard time getting it. Staff did their best to remedy but wasn’t a great start. Breakfast was decent at new restaurant and room was good- pillows just weren’t comfy. Location was great though.

Nice smaller hotel that is licated by subways that easily get you around NYC! Greay trip and would stay here again.

Very good and comfortable!

I have stayed at this property several times in the past year and this is the second time I am certain someone was in my room during my time away despite having do not disturb on the door. First time there was an extremely heavy cologne smell, second time AC was turned on despite me turning the system off.

This place was perfect for our little get away.
