Great place to stay. Felix at the front desk was amazing. Be back again for sure.

Very nice area. Right off the highway. The only thing I can complain about was the tv kept losing signal besides that the staff was very nice very clean building and smelled great.

Quiet place to stay.

My stay was very brief, but I will say that I met Connie upon my arrival. She was super friendly, professional and hilarious. She cracked a few jokes while checking me in and giving me the run down of the fees and amenities. The room was pretty clean other than the swedish fish candy on the floor near the bed. No big deal but it noticeable. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Generally clean but sink in bathroom partly clogged, no shampoo & rinse riflled even i requested.

The property is okay, I wouldn’t stay there for a couple of nights. We were just there as a quick stop over. The room smelt a little musty, the bathroom could use an update and the area around the hotel was run down. If you need an average place to rest your head for a night this is the place. Did not try the breakfast or facilities.

I booked this property because of the location, price, free parking, pool & hot tub. The location was perfect, 7 min drive to American Dream mall & 25 min drive to Manhattan. Price was great & parking was very convenient. The first night after freezing weather outside we wanted to come back and soak in the hot tub. It was out of order our entire 5 night stay. I would have booked another property knowing this. Huge bummer seeing as we booked a month ahead and if I called before to confirm it was running closer to the travel date prices would have been higher to book elsewhere for last minute rates.

Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Property was clean and quiet.

We were supposed to be checked in at 3:00 and we received our room at 9:00 pm, we did not receive any type compensation for this situation. There was only one man dealing with the guests in this situation. He was very nice but people where very tired and loosing patience.

Very convenient

Arrived early to a crowded lobby. "Laundry is down but we should be checking people in in 30 minutes." LIES. It took 5.5 hours to get a room after they bungled the order of arrival list too. On checkout day, the same thing was happening. Do not expect to check in on time here. I called manager 4 times. He was too scared to call back. Hilton customer relations helped instead. Ask for Escalations.

The shower water is very weak. We don't like the system, not enough water, especially to wash our hair.

I really enjoyed my stay, my room was clean and smelled good. I have no complaints. I’m glad I checked before going down for breakfast, they charge per adult and child.

There is no store near by but you will get direct bus for nyc in front of the hotel
