Beautiful property, superior service, delicious food at the on-site restaurant, and great cocktails. The room was clean and quiet, spacious and comfortable. The mattress, pillows and bedding - perfection! Slept like a log! The bathroom in our room could use an updated toilet and shower, but it was clean and spacious as well.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property is clearly in need of significant upkeep – the building feels run-down, and there were visible signs of neglect, like wallpaper peeling off the walls. The parking situation was a nightmare, with limited spaces, and they charge an additional $35 for parking, which feels excessive. On top of that, the escalator was out of order, making it difficult to get around.
They don't offer a complimentary breakfast, which is a basic expectation at most hotels nowadays, and if you need an early check-in, they charge you extra. Check-in is at 4 p.m., and checkout is at 11 a.m., which is a pretty tight window, especially given the quality of the experience. It seems like they're trying to squeeze every penny out of guests, and unfortunately, I don't think it's worth the price.
I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made. There are better options in the area for the same price or less.

The view of the construction and the fact that I waited hours for my room to be ready was less than desirable. Shuttle service was a 10 person vehicle that was first come first served. Doesn't help when your in a group of more than ten like we were.
