The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient to highways and attractions. The property was somewhat dated but was clean and comfortable. Good value for the price. I would stay at this location again.

Beautiful and clean

500+ stars. We came in Thursday night, Friday morning all power was gone due to hurricane Helena. This AMAZING staff fed all the guest 3 meals on Friday, with no running water, electricity or cell service. They ran on barely any sleep at all. They fed us all breakfast Saturday morning before we all got evacuated. I cannot sing their praises enough for the hospitality, the comfort they brought us during a terrifying ordeal. This staff needs serious recognition for the way they handled things during this disaster.

The hotel was very nice and clean. I wish it came with a continental breakfast instead of having to pay for a rather pricy meal.

Decent hotel. Nothing spectacular, but fairly clean and quiet and the staff was courteous. We booked the stay because the pool is beautiful and private, and we were looking forward to using it. We were surprised to find out at arrival that it was closed for the season (our stay was booked mid September, and the site says the pool is open from June - November). I wish they'd update the listing to reflect the accurate pool season as we were very disappointed in finding this out. It seems deceitful. I'd definitely recommend calling to confirm that the pool is open if you're considering booking here to use it, but I personally wouldn't stay here again.

We had a great time, we stayed here one night on our way to Hilton head. The bartenders were amazing, and our family ate at the restaurant and said the salads were delicious. The decor is really cute. We thought the breakfast was a bit over priced but good value.

The hotel location as well as staff was amazing. The view from my room stated there was mountain view but only saw the roof and trees from room 208. Maybe if we stay on a higher floor next time fir better view

The hotel was fine. The common areas had a bad smell. Location was ok. Probably would not stay again.

Hotel staff are very good. Mattress and pillows not comfortable. Cleanliness was really good.
