Breakfast was really good. Room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the fact that they provided dove products in the shower. Front desk was extremely polite and helpful. I was traveling with a service animal and they put.me.in a room that had easy access to outside.

For $200 a night I would expect my coffee to be replenished in my room and my towels and wash cloth replaced. They made the bed and left. Lady who checked me in had the personality of a sloth and more worried about what was on her phone. Ceiling in the bathroom was rotten around the vent from water damage … and not new damage could have been fixed..

We stayed for a week and housekeeping didn't bother to check or clean the bathroom toilet or mop the floor from dry dirty foot print.They didn’t replace Kleenex tissues, toilet paper or towels until we requested it on paper. Even though we left them a tip daily.
Not sure if I’d stay here again. It was ok but before I booked it the advertisement had a hot tub list in the site and there was no such thing.

I could hear talking from the hallway and the parking lot. This facility is not as quiet as most faculties I have stayed in.
Also, the desk clerk should also be cautious of asking questions about address and phone numbers. There was a person just hanging at the desk. I didn't know if he was an employee or a customer. He was on his phone and I was uncomfortable providing confirmation information with his presence at the nearby area.

My first room the TV was blacked out like it had been damaged, reported the issue and was moved to a new room the tv was ok but it was the size of a crayon box. We ran out of tissue I sent my teenager daughter to the front desk to get some bn that was after housekeeping hours and was told the didn’t have tissue, so for the rest of the night we had to use kleenex for tissue. The room where the ice machine was at smelled like sewer I didn’t get ice because I was afraid to use the ice.

We were next to an entrance door and vending machines it was very loud.
The staff did not clean the room or change towels we kept having to find someone from house keeping to get towels or go to the lobby. Not worth the price.

The beds were SO comfortable. We forgot to check the brand on the mattresses. Nice area for dogs. I liked that you put all the animals in one area of the hotel, it made for a much less stressful stay.

Very nice and clean remodeling was excellent and the staff was very nice, I thought check out was noon because that’s what I had seen online so the front desk called me and I explained to her what I thought and they didn’t charge me for an extra hour but overall I enjoyed my stay

Check in was easy and fast. Once we got to the room, restroom was super dirty there was even poop residue in the bathroom, there was spots of blood in the linens, like bedbugs, the floor was dirty, there was taps of drinks that where not from us, and we told the front staff and they didn’t have an answer for me nor offer another room!! Really disappointed, never staying here again!!! Mind you I had my 4 kids with me, felt really unsafe and dirty!!
