Holiday Inn Express COVENTRY S - WEST WARWICK AREA, an IHG Hotel

Overall good stay little loud at night probably because we were near the elevator. Overall a little wear but definitely clean and super friendly staff!

It was good and relaxing. Plus it was at a shopping center.

Mostly clean. One big stain on carpet. Room was supposed to have pull out sofa but had no sofa at all just a chair, so if younare planning to have a pull out make sure u confirm.

If I could have found anyone that worked there I would have talked with them! The heat was incredibly loud, the TV didn’t work, there was no hand sanitizer in any of the dispensers near the breakfast area, and the breakfast food was stale, cold, or totally overcooked or the dispensers were empty. And the pool was closed. Very disappointing!

We enjoyed the fact that parking is on-site. We also appreciated that breakfast is offered. The staff was welcoming upon arrival.

Lovely hotel. Spacious room.

Best for overnight stays while on the road. Wouldn’t choose it as a destination hotel. Had climate control issues. Tried to call the land line in my room was a struggle getting someone at the desk on the phone.

Like cinnamon rolls. Dodnt like when we walked onto the hotel it wreaked of Marijuana. Our room was dirty. A loofa was left hangin in the bathroom, pubic hair on corner shelf, hairs on the ac/heat unit, spills in the microwave, some kind of substance on the door of microwave, and spillage all over the freezer. I informed the front desk when we were leaving for the day. He said he would take care of it. When we returned several hours later the bed was made but nothing else was touched. Went back to the same guy at the front desk and he gave us a new room. Ewww will never stay here again.

Room was spacious, clean, and the staff was friendly, helpful. The breakfast was very good.

This place is absolutely disgusting. There was food all over the floor of our room, gum smushed in the carpet, no lightbulbs in any of the lights, the air conditioning didn't work properly, there were loud parties going on in the lobby. I actually left and went and checked into a different hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Overall the stay was very good the beds were comfortable the room was clean however the remote control was completely filthy as well as the digital clock

Stayed for one night – excellent place! The room was neat, comfortable, and the breakfast was good. One suggestion for improvement: I noticed that coffee and supplies in the breakfast area weren’t being replenished quickly when they ran out, and I had to request help from the front desk.

Our check in time was 3pm. We attempted to check in but were told our room was not ready. There were a lot of people waiting for there rooms, not just us. We didn't get our room until 7:00 pm. I'm typing this not for a refund but as a service to the Franchise to get this place running more efficiently. In all my years I have never experienced this, we question whether we will ever stay at a Holiday Inn again.
