This is our favorite place to stay in Devils Lake. The staff is so kind and caring, willing to help if you need anything. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is always good and hot.

Was good.
At breakfast tgere were several items out. The male attenant, walked by seeing several times, and never replenished items.
When a person stays because of “hot breakfast”, it should be good….not a half breakfast.

Please make sure you take charger plug with your charging cable.
They don’t have any USB or Ctype charging station or lamps. It’s old design for IHG.

The hotel was clean and breakfast was good. Staff were nice and friendly. The sofa bed is old so would recommend replacing the sofa bed. Whirlpool and pool was nice.

We arrived late to find our room had never been cleaned and had garbage and wet towels on the floor and the bed was unmade. When we went down to get another room we found that there were no others and no one who was willing to clean ours. We left and had to contact hotels.com to get a refund, who had to get a"courtesy waiver" of the fee, even though it was all their fault.

Conveniently located hotel in Devils Lake close to shopping, gas stations, and restaurants.
The staff were friendly and seemed to care about their responsibilities.
Our hotel room was clean and comfortable, although it seemed the walls in the hotel were a bit "thin", as you could hear a fair bit of peripheral noise.
The complimentary breakfast was tasty and met our expectations.
Overall, the Devils Lake Holiday Inn Express was worth staying in, especially at the rate we were able to get.
