Staff are extremely nice. Let us check in 2 hours early. Very friendly. Room is clean and so is the entire hotel. It's quiet which was great also

Property was in excellent condition, in contrast to many properties at a similar price point I've visited during the post pandemic era. Attention to detail was excellent. Sheets smelled crispy clean, common areas smelled fresh, breakfast was much better than average for quality of ingredients, quality of coffee, quality of juice. That is, the menu was typical, but the actual fare was much better than average.

Very large room with all bedding available for the sofa bed. TV in odd spot that neither sofa nor bed can watch it. Room walls thin - people next door were VERY loud in the morning.

The conference I was there for was amazing and a great convenience to be right there on the same location.
The hotel was comfortable and the service was great but I had an accessible room which was right opposite a noisy ice machine.
Also the breakfasts are very average and served on paper plates with plastic knives and forks. I've never seen anything like it.
When I pay so much I at least expect real crockery and cutlery.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and stayed for 3 days. Everything was exceptional as far as the hotel. My neighbor was not considerate with their television at 2 am, and the on-call desk clerk tried to assist. The room, pool and food were excellent. The customer service was exceptional.

Really nice hotel. Good breakfast and good customer service. Someone had smoked in our room and it was really bothering one of our party’s asthma and they were very kind and prompt to give us a different room. The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
