Place is deteriorating. Sheets and pillows were dirty. Asked for new bed covers and pillow cases but they never offered to fixed the problems. We had to change them ourselves. Grout and caulking is falling off the walls I. The bathroom tub is all chipped off. Only have 2 towels. Still waiting for more towels. Hotel sits right next to the freeway and the noise is crazy. So disappointed in Holiday Inn. I expected better.

Coffee maker in room was broken and no complimentary coffee made me a little sad… lol…Room was nice and clean, bed was comfy but the tub was under renovation. Overall a good stay here though and nice people working at front desk and at the restaurant… our waitress was wonderful.

I stayed here for my recent business trip. The pictures online deceived me about the hotel's cleanliness and condition—some issues I encountered during my stay.
1) Roaches inside the cabinet where the refrigerator
2) The carpet is filthy in the room, do not walk barefoot
3) Black stains inside the bathtub
4) Insulation is not the greatest if you get a room facing the freeway (you will get the freeway noise early in the morning).
5) If you return to the hotel after 9 p.m., there is no more parking. You will park far away and walk.

Despite calling several times to the front desk to obtsin shuttle information, our group had to wait over 2 hours for the shuttle to this specific property. The nonchalant attitude of the front desk clerk, was completely unprofessional. Instead of telling us to be patient, this a learning opportunity to listen, identify the task needed, take action and work to help resolve the issue. This situation also lacked an explanation or apology from the hotel team.

Horrible experience I got 2 rooms both bathrooms we’re discusting toilet wasn’t working in one of the bathrooms one room smelt really bad waited 4 hours after check in for a room change waited over an hour when requested towels that should have already been in the room hated it here

The bathroom curtain is ripped. The bathtub looks ugly. The office chair in the room looked very bad. The bathroom floor looks nasty. There was no chair or table to sit in the balcony. The AC fan was very loud, I called the front desk no one picked up. Every time I go out the room keys stop working that happens twice.

a lot of people standing around. didn’t feel safe parking. The person that checked us in was not friendly and gave me a hard time. they only had one person at the desk and it was a long line. and the floor in the room was wet all
around the area of the refrigerator which I found out by stepping on a wet floor after driving a long distance and ready to rest. I called front desk several times but never got an answer. trash cans were not lined. I wouldn’t stay here again. which is bad because I always stay at Hilton but this one is the worse one. and the breakfast is not complimentary
