Beautiful location and close to downtown Bar Harbor. Staff was nice and helpful.

Grateful to have stayed due to limited options in Bar Harbor. Not grateful for the lack courtesy from staff and, most importantly, the lack of an AC that could pull moisture out our room. In desperation, we pulled one of the many dehumidifiers from the hallway into our room. Eventually, it became comfortable. Otherwise, the room was fine.

I would not stay there again. The resort was closing 5 days after we were there. Upon reservations we should have been informed. There was quite a few things your hotel was out of, because they did not reorder to take card of the guests that were there. It is unfortuante that guests at the end of the season were not considered important. I did not receive my $50.00 deposit back either. I was told that the resort was closed, and may be resolved next year. Horrible. If I could I would request the whole amount back. The food was awful, could not get cream and sugar for coffee. Several guests and I waited for assistance for just a cup of coffee. There should be changes when you continue to register guest, knowing tou are closing for the season. Susan Biring.

Wonderful Location!

Don’t love the way rooms are assigned

Rooms are outdated but typicall Holiday Inn rooms. Staff was excellent except the restaurant manager she was so rude to her employees in front of patrons.

Everything was wonderful. Everything was clean and cozy. The staff was terrific. Thank you for leaving the pool and hot tub open. The view from our window was spectacular. It’s a Beautiful place you have.

Beautiful property with great views. Breakfast was very good. The property is close to Acadia National Park and downtown Bar Harbor.

Awful service. They didn’t clean the room two days in a row and we had to ask the front desk for toilet paper and shampoo when it ran out- we had to actively remind people at front desk to please make sure our room got cleaned. And no, we did not have the “do not disturb” sign up. I payed for this stay with Expedia that was supposed to include breakfast and dining and, at the end of the stay, they are trying to charge me 160 extra dollars for hotel fee?! The guy at the front desk this morning got super irritated when I tried to explain this was supposed to be paid for already. He was very rude and also got upset when I told him we didn’t get the room cleaned two days in a row. He said “I just work here” which is exactly why I was addressing the matter with him. Awful experience

We got a lot of value out of staying at this hotel. The views were amazing from the ocean view room, and the property had plenty of places you vould be putside to watch the sun rise. Like others said, breakfast was over priced, but honestly not that far off from prices all over the island. We had great service at the main hotel restaurant, got breakfast one day and pizza and salads another. The entire facility was very clean and the staff was incredibly kind. I would definitely stay here in the future. We used the island explorer buses to go downtown multiple nights before things closed down for the season, and the bus stop was just outside the front of the hotel.

Hot Tub and heated pool! Great view and location.

Reserved balcony water view months in advance and Charged for a balcony and got no-balcony with no view, no one will return my calls and no resolution to this date 2 weeks later.

Everything was great . Beautiful area and property not to far from town. Only issue is with the incidental charge still waiting for them to take it off my bill.

Great location, rather poor room. No desk, just a round table. No luggage stands. Difficult to deal with heat & air conditioning. Bedding was too thin and no extra blankets. Housekeeping was poor. Last day they didn’t provide hand towels. Then there was the fire alarm at 10pm forcing evacuation. Turns out it was a false alarm, but the staff was completely absent with no info nor announcements.

The property was outstanding! The staff went over the top to make our stay amazing

Exceed our expectation. Room is spacious and is well maintained. bathroom is clean.
