Rooms were clean and security is visible. The pool was cold though.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the noise from the traffic on I-5.

Clean motel with a good breakfast and bar

We took our kids to see zoolight and we stayed here, this is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. I’m pretty sure that’s the only hotel with indoor pool in the whole city of Tacoma. Staff was friendly, the young lady at the front desk(pardon me for forgetting your name I think it’s phoebe?) but she was very friendly and helpful! We will definitely come back.

Stay was exceptional. Staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were allowed for early check in which was a great help! Special mention to Sean in the front desk and Kathi at the dining room. Service is excellent. Room is very clean, thank you to our cleaning person. Safe and new facilities.

Kathy and Jewel in the kitchen were awesome and the lady who checked us in when we got there was incredibly helpful and friendly.

The stay was good overall. However they charged my card over double the room rate which is ridiculous. I realize it is for incidentals but now my money is tied up until the charges drop.

I received extra special excellent service from Kathi in the restaurant. She will remember me as "santa claus". Also the front desk Jacquiline was very attentive and helpful. I will definitely stay there again and recommend to all my friends

I had booked this stay expected to unwind and relax in the hot tub/spa after an exhausting week. I even mentioned this to the desk attendant who seemingly was understanding and agreed it was a good idea. Well, he failed to mention that it was out of service and I had to find out the hard way. So disappointed

NEGATIVE: The room was a small room that did not have any flat surface (such as a desk) for working with my laptop, or for eating to-go food. The lighting at the bed was an issue. One side of the bed at no reading light, the other side the reading light was not adjustable and was behind a floor to ceiling wall that was about 12" wide. POSTIVE: the room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I booked the wrong day coming from Overseas, and they were fully booked but some how found me a room after flying for close to 30 hours, what a life saver. Wonderful staff great food as well.

The showers are hot, the beds are comfy, the rooms are nice, but the microwave is just 700W. Security does rounds in the parking lot at night to make sure nobody is prowling the cars. The front desk staff, particularly Jasmine, is incredibly efficient, fast, and friendly. She recognized me from my pre-check-in, and greeted me by name any time I left and returned- an experience I'd never had at other similar-priced hotels. Overall, we had a great experience, and we plan to return the next time we need another mini staycation!
