I really liked how close it was to stores and food. The room was clean and liked how convenient and close it was for a night stay.

For a cheap hotel it was decent but the parking was VERY tight. Floor needed mopped better. Left feet dirty.

Old style vibes. Clean.

Great location near Hollywood. The room was nice and clean.

The office staff was amazing!! Very nice gentlemen. However; we couldn’t not sleep well since there was a lot of foot steps going on above us and noises from the outside.

A wonderful little place in the heart of Hollywood. Friendly staff, clean room, and all the amenities (fridge, microwave, hair dryer, safe, iron, etc.). They even serve you breakfast!

Good value accommodation in the area

Location is major, target, metro, food trucks all within a mile.

I arrived around 12:30 pm and left an hour later due to policies that they do not include on their listing via booking platforms. I left on good terms with the gentleman working the desk and was told I could reach out to their manager to discuss the situation. Several days later, I am informed by a hotels.com agent that the property notated my account with information stating that I was kicked out of the property at 4 AM due to having a party, music, and drug use between the hours of 12 - 4 AM. They either confused me for someone else or blatantly being dishonest. I was not at the property at that time, and was able to provide proof to hotels.com of my drop off and pick up times from this property. I also made a reservation at a different property for that same day via hotels.com. The hotel won’t answer my calls and denied a refund for the reservation I didn’t stay for.

Nice inexpensive hotel. It is older, but clean and staff was really nice. Parking is terrible, but it's like that everywhere in southern California.

From the time I got there...it was sketchy. You have to give a CASH deposit AND show them a CC. Now I have to check my CC to make sure they charge me fraudulently. They have a smart TV that no one KNOWS how to work and the WiFi wasn't hooked up to the TV somehow. I have one at home, and didn't even know this was possible. I hate being on the bottom floor,but supposedly it was all they had left for the room I purchased. Free parking was really the only benefit that wasn't a problem. They don't answer the phone, so good luck getting the front desk without physically walking to the office. The morning front desk was too lazy and rude to open the office, so I had to go to the night counter in the middle of the day.
