Hotel Interurban Seattle Airport SeaTac

This is a nice hotel. My only complaint was the man who checked me in wasn’t very personable and gave limited information. His greeting to me was asking for my ID. No hello or welcome, didn’t ask for my name and made assumptions about my stay. Yosef, the other person checking in was friendly and polite. He provided his guest with the information I wished I’d received. I didn’t even know where the elevator was.

Very clean and a nice environment to stay at. The mall is close to the building so if you need anything such as food, clothes etc everything is in the perimeter. Downtown Seattle is just 15-25mins away depending traffic.

Staff are very nice. Room is clean and best of all I had the best view of Mt Rainier during sunrise.

We found the place very nice and the staff was amazing. Wasn't thrilled with paying for parking. Also the food options at the hotel are minimal. The breakfast buffet is good but you can't just grab a plate and go back to your room. The hotel during school soccer season is used for teams traveling so the place was very packed with kids and my wife doesn't do big crowds so she never got to enjoy the buffet. The coffeeshop closes at 1pm so nothing is available until the bar opens back up at 4pm then it closes at 10pm.

Have stayed here many times. Always like the rooms but the parking is lacking.

Pro: I was refunded 3/5 of my money. Con: everything else. Last minute, we changed our booking from a boring hotel to this new one thinking it must be nice since it's only a few years old. I booked the accessible room as I have mobility issues. We arrived around 7pm, waiting 15 minutes to check in, struggled to find parking (there is no valet either) dropped off our bags at our room, and went to dinner. When returning, we noticed how filthy our room was and also that it had quite a few construction issues. There were several massive gaps in the flooring that are a huge trip hazard for someone with mobility issues, and the closet in the bedroom blocks the door when it's open which is most of the time since it doesn't close properly unless you stand up and use two hands to carefully close it (the wall where it closes is all torn up from people not being able to close it). The trim and baseboards aren't even lined up, let alone mitered, but they sure are dirty. There was a nasty red smear on the bedroom door jamb and what looked like a cloud of filth on the wall in the bathroom, and I took photos but cleaned these things up with Clorox wipes. Crumbs all over the couch and floors, then a dirty towel for the shower. The concrete and lack of color and decor made the room feel like a cell rather than a hotel room. I called down for luggage racks too and was told there were none. I truly do not understand how this is a 4-star hotel.

Perfect area for soccer tournament and for great food!

Everything was great except $15 dollar for parking. Thought that was lame for hotel guests. Add to your per night total. This is not Seattle, felt like a money grab.

Great customer service. Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Excellent set up for WFH. Nice lighting.

I have stayed here a few times on business, far better than anything by the airport for sure, the included breakfast and decent coffee is a big plus to getting off in the Am right

Relaxing

Excellent stay. Great rooms, comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. Only downside was a coming back to the hotel late to find no available parking spots (even you are charged for parking).

Housekeeping bugging us all morning was a little much. Everything else perfect! Loved the restaurant and bar. Location was nice too!
