Staff was extremely accomodating. We wanted a south facing room to see sunset over the bay and best room available as the bridal suite and staff upgraded us for no additional charge! Great hotel! Ryan and Julianna at front desk were awesome!!

We love coming to this hotel. Always great staff and good experience. Clean and comfortable. We can only afford it in the winter, but that’s ok, we love it.
Wish the bar was open on Mondays tho and that we weren’t required to use valet parking, even tho it was complimentary.

The ambience at Hotel LBI is first class. The staff are warm and very attentive. The food is very good and portions are large. The indoor pool is stunning and amazing. A shout out to Griffin for making my three small children and my stays always memorable.

We stay every year around Christmas to see family. This year I made a mistake on the room dates and the front desk helped me work it out. The young woman that helped us was amazing! We would have had a rough weekend if we couldn’t get a room. Thank you for your over-the-top service!
