The sensor activated room thermostat makes the guest suffer an inappropriate temperature for a prolonged time before the desired temp is reached and would be nice to adjust earlier then check in

Overall the Hotel was great! Location wise was ideal and the rooftop was amazing with awesome views! My only complaint is the price of the food. Breakfast seemed excessively expensive so i would recommend not eating breakfast at the hotel. I ordered just two dishes with 1 coffee and 1 orange juice and it was like $85!

The phone on the room was not working, so I had to end up calling from my cell phone so somebody can come up and also there was no hot water. It was something that wasn’t specific with the hotel. It was in the city, but I was with cold water all night. I couldn’t take a shower, it was just a mess. I mean the hotel is beautiful, but I wasn’t happy with that so it wasn’t a good experience for me.

This hotel used to be well-run when it was the W. Dining options have become average, service and staff somewhat lacking. Convenient location but I would not define it as luxurious accommodations.

Staff was good hotel was great but at this price point I expected better service from the employees.
I like the fact that you can use the spa even though you do not have a service. But the spa is not as good as compared to other high end hotels. It is smaller with less amenities. The staff at the spa were excellent though.

Very friendly and service focused staff. Good location. Room was small and equivalent to a Holiday Inn - definitely not 4 or 5 star. Towels were thin. Prices are very high, e.g $150 for two people for breakfast is exorbitant.

THIS CAN'T BE A 5* HOTEL! IN A TINY ROOM, THERE IS NO MINI BAR, NO BATHROBE, NO SLIPPERS, NO REAL CUPS, AND CHEAP COFFEE. AND THE BAR SERVES A VERY AVERAGE FOOD... DISASTER! THE ONLY(!!!!) GOOD THING ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS ITS LOCATION, NEXT TO THE WHITE HOUSE...

The remodeled hotel has great customer service and very clean.The layout of the superior double room is really poorly done. The bathroom is small and the sink has very little to no counter space. Double occupancy requires each individual to take their toiletries with them every time of use. Very little space for storage or baggeage.
