Excellent property the staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially the front desk man on arrival on 3 Jan as we got there early morning and he checked us straight in. Great location easy walk to the tourist locations and train station. Would definitely recommend and I’ll stay again if I’m in Seattle.

Great and prompt service. The pool and spa was definitely a hit for my family and I. We had a great time. The rooms were quiet without and noises from neighboring rooms up and down, left and right. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Had a fire alarm evacuate us for an hour while firemen cleared the building. Manager on evenings shift was very accommodating to us while this was happening. Gave us warm towels, robes, and slippers. Overall experience was great!

The staff were spectacular! Professional, friendly, so helpful & accommodated a late night check in. I felt like they went over & beyond in their services. The rooms were spacious, clean & provided black out curtains & noise machine if you need the help to fall asleep. The breakfast was delicious in the restaurant downstairs & felt very safe in the hotel. I wish we had another night to be able to enjoy our stay a little longer. Definitely would book here again!

In this location they don’t provide parking, so be prepared to pay for parking throughout your entire trip. Other than that everything was excellent.

Parking entrance was very difficult to locate upon first arrival, could use signs for easier arrivals. While there were outlets around table and desk areas in the room, there were not any/enough next to the beds for phone charging, etc. Could also really benefit from a mirror at the desk or table area so that more than one person can get ready/do makeup at a time as the only other usable mirror was in the bathroom. Staff was extremely friendly and the pool and spa were a beautiful extra. Would def stay again next trip
