Checked in after it snowed 3 days prior and the parking lot was barely touched. We need the handicap parking and it was not cleared at all. Everything else was great

Only stayed short night however there were issues with Expedia booking giving rates that were not the Hyatt rates. I booked a king suite when I arrived they only had double standard with a 100.00 deposit for incidentals. Expedia waited 50 for incidentals. However the manager was so accommodating and understanding and at best knowledgeable of procedures He fixed the issue with No attitude or bias . For that I would recommend this property. Also rooms were nice , clean, quiet comfortable.
