Hyatt Regency Frisco-Dallas

We are local to DFW but enjoy a staycation every once in a while, we've chosen this hotel twice now. Its nice, in a convenient location, and the parking is free with self park.

Always a great stay here. i have stayed multiple times and am always blown away at the service and cleanliness amd upkeep of this property. will be back next month!

Loved this hotel. We originally booked at a different hotel. After waiting 11 hours for our room we were given the wrong room. Immediately checked out and went to this hotel. Loved his they accommodated us right away. We were attending a conference there. When we originally booked, the room type we needed was unavailable. That’s why we booked at the other hotel. I’m thankful that someone didn’t show up so we were able to get a room there at the last minute.

Excellent staff service, great room, location right next to wonderful restaurants. Convenient parking.

So nice to walk home after a movie

I was amazed at the lack of places to hang clothing, towels, wash clothes, etc. The one bar that looked to be for hanging clothes wasn't tall enough for a golf shirt to hang w/o bunching up. The "closet" that was tall enough for clothes housed an ironing board, but no bar to hang anything on. The bathroom had 1 hook to hang anything on. No place for wet washclothes or small towels at all. There was a row of hooks on the entry hall wall, but that's not where I'd expect to hanging clothes, and especially not wet towels. In a room with 2 queen beds (for up to 4 ppl, 3 in my case), the room was severely lacking in what I'd expect from ANY basic hotel, much less a Hyatt Regency. The 'under-bed' motion sensor lights were nice, but only 1 of the 4 actually worked. On a positive note, The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the TV was big and easily positioned for the best viewing angle.

This property was beautiful, clean and the staff were super nice.

When I checked in I told the person I was a Hyatt member and wanted to make sure I got Hyatt points. I told him I booked through Expedia. He said no problem, pulled up my email and said he had it. Later that evening I learned that this property did not give points if you booked through non-Hyatt app. BS
