We went for a dance convention, and the hotel was extremely nice. It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant had great food / drinks. There were a bunch of stores in walking distance and an ice skating rink right outside the door. I highly recommend this hotel!

The heater in my room was broken, so I spent the night shivering in the cold. The room temperature was 56°F, and the air conditioner was on. When I switched it to heat, it only went up to 66°F after three hours. I told the receptionist about it, and they said they would fix it later. So, I decided to check out immediately.

Our only two issues were the following:
1 the bathroom doesn't have a vent fan. Which I've never seen. Every hotel I've ever stayed at has one. As a couple staying at a hotel using the restroom and such to have an exhaust fan to turn on if you use the restroom or a take a shower is expected.
2. Very low to the ground toilet. Almost like it was for a child.
Otherwist it was an adequate stay.
