Stopped here for 2 nights on our way home to Maui from Phoenix. Explored SF in a day in a half. HRSFA offered a safe space for us to come back to after a full day of travel around SF. The staff and services were great. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to SFO. Mahalo!!

Property was clean but there is too much walking from the elevators to the room. And you would be lucky if you don't have to talk to Philip at the front desk.

This hotel is really beat up. The room was fine but well worn. The elevators are a crazy distance to (my) room. The restaurant prices were crazy high for fried foods and pizza, and the garage was $48/day in the middle of nowhere. The staff were nice, it was not unclean, it was quiet. I stayed at a motel at the beginning of my trip for 1/2 the price with better amenities.

Part of the service and overall experience is that hotel cancels a reservation. Especially a large hotel group should do that. I won't book at the Hyatt anymore.
