Great location, but having stayed at many Hyatt properties, this particular property was old and dated. Used the restroom in the middle of the night and when I turned on the light, I found 4 large bugs on the bathroom floor.
Another problem had to do with the plumbing. The hot water took forever to warm up and when turning the faucet on cold, it actually came out hot.
My wife and I used the public Jacuzzi Tub and were surprised that the water was so low that the skimmer was inoperable and any dirt that collected in the tub had no where to go, except to remain in the tub. Again because of the water level, the jets were unable to circulate the water properly.
I had intended to use the Steam Room, but the temperature in the Men’s Locker Room had to be set at about 60 degrees and after turning the steam on for about 20 minutes, the Steam Bath may have warmed up a few degrees at most.
I know that this is a Vacation Ownership/Time Share property, but I would definitely skip this one.
On a good note - Douglas, at the Front Desk was wonderful!

Unfortunately the rooms are extremely dated. Really not Hyatt standards. Felt more like a dingy motel off the side of a highway.
The property was beautiful and very well situated. We would not stay here again unless the rooms undergo renovations.

Beautiful resort close to Uptown. Staff were great but the wait to check in was crazy with long lines. Suggest an on-line option to move along check in during holidays or other busy times.

Everything was great! The only reason I didn’t give everything 5 stars was that parking was tricky at certain parts of the day, it was a bit dark and dangerous at night and the pool was unexpectedly closed for maintenance. Other than that, our stay was great!

That was really nice to stay for us.
You could expect beautiful scenery of Red Rocks from the rooms and although located at the center of uptown, it was much quieter than expected.
There were a few downsides, which were
trifle things though, not enough coffee filters prepared, and maybe not their fault, but regarding box tissues, after using several sheets, the remaining paper was folded in such a way that it could not be removed normally, so it frustrated me a little.

We stayed in a very comfortable and large one bedroom condo conveniently located next to restaurants, shopping, and hiking trails. We would stay here again even though there were maintenance issues with our particular unit (jetted tub didn’t work; shower faucet did not work properly; didn’t always have hot water in shower). We were disappointed to find the pool and hot tub closed for repairs.

We needed to move to another table and listen to the staff about Hyatt vacation club’s presentation at check-in. It was annoying. We should’ve checked the view. Super partial mountain view from our room and it seems many room didn’t have good view. We recommend to check the view when booking if it’s matter. Some ways were under construction, so it took time to access to the room from the parking.
