Check in associate was not friendly or welcoming. Felt like we were bothering her. Accomplished the goal, we did check in. The room is basic. No extra towels or pillows. Didn’t ask front desk for more because the associate was not friendly at check in.

The space in the rooms was comfortable. But the whole reason for the trip was for the pool and hot tub. Sadly the entire three days we stayed it wasn't open. Very disappointing birthday. Lots of other things were broken as well.
