Gal that checked us in was really personable and friendly. Recommended a restaurant that was wonderful. Room was clean and beds comfy. Felt like a luxury hotel at a bargain price. Will definitely stay again next year on our way through. Only negative was approaching the building it was really dark. Maybe some lights were burned out? Name of hotel was hard to read.

The young lady that was at the check-in counter was great, had a problem with the tv, not only did she come up and try to fix it when she couldn't she upgraded me to a better room. Will definitely staying there again next time thru

Very clean hotel, pet friendly and easy access to I40. Lots of restaurants within 4 miles. Large accessible room. Nice linens. Quiet. Breakfast had a good variety, however the hotel is short staffed with a wait to check in and check out and only one staff to refresh breakfast. Staff was however, very friendly. There wasn't any grass area for pets. But all things considered, I'd stay there again.

Very good value for the money. The hotel has been renovated in the last year or so. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff is as nice and friendly as can be. Breakfast is better than most and includes fresh fruit. Fitness center is a huge room, but it needs attention — from wipes and towels (there were none) to getting the equipment working. Location is convenient to highways and is a 10-minute drive to most places.

The hotel was listed as "renovated" which in most areas it was, looking new and modern, however the bathroom tub was "nasty" chipped surfaces and moldy caulking not the most inviting to take a shower in after a long day of traveling. We did like the large flat screen TV. Breakfast was normal hotel fare. Not much in the area for dining.

The bed had bedbugs and when mentioned to the front the desk the lady stated “we don’t come back”. She was not able to return a refund or any accommodation. My son and I had obvious bites and photos had been shown to her.

That was the worst hotel experience we had in a long time, i am so shocked, the hotel was newly updated and rooms were great, but it ended there. Hotel has a major issue with it's heaters. I thought they were not working in our room only, but in the morning we talked with other people, and they had the same issue. It was only 60!! F in our room and we were freezing the whole time. Tried to call several times to the front desk and they would just put us on unending wait. Went downstairs to solve the issue, the lady promised to come up and fix the issue and never did . We have never had such terrible customer service. One of the reason we stayed in the hotel was its buffet breakfast. The selection was very poor-- overcooked eggs and rubber bacon, couple breads and yogurt. Everything was lukewarm(although we got up really early in the morning) and tasteless. We couldn't wait to get out of there. It seems like this hotel is used for construction workers, not suited for a family stay

The hot tub is out of order the pool isn't heated, there isn't any towels at the pool came back to the room to take a hot shower and there isn't any hot water had to take a freezing cold shower after swimming in the winter :(

The pool was cold with half the lights working. The hot tub was out of order. The breakfast was not that good. I heard the housekeeping person playing music from the room next door. Very unprofessional.

The location was convenient for my trip and priced for what it is. Breakfast was slim options and room was freshly remodeled but bathroom wasn’t cleaned real well and tub showed its wear and tear. This is not a complaint, as I said, the priced matched the experience.

I was told after I paid for my reservation that the room couldn’t be rented to be because I’m local? You had no problem taking my money but letting me know I wasn’t eligible to even rent the room is something you can’t do. Thanks for wasting my time and taking my money! You all need to give me a refund asap and comp me a room for the inconvenience.

I booked and paid for my room through Expedia. I told the staff that and yet they still charged me for the room. I’ve tried to dispute it through Expedia app which says hotel will contact me. I have not heard anything from the hotel or Expedia
