La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Brooklyn Downtown

To park on the premises is $45/night. The room is incredibly small. The bed is so close to the restroom. It’s not a regular door. It’s some type of folding door that gets stuck frequently. The BQE is very close.

I was very happy with our stay. Devon at the front desk made sure our stay was what we expected and more! He was very polite and patient and a true definition of amazing customer service! The room was nice and warm especially considering how cold it was outside. It was definitely a cozy and clean experience overall!

Everything were fine, no complaints.

Hotel and staff were great. The neighborhood is questionable. If you need batteries for anything, be prepared to walk. Ask for Lowe's or Harbor Freight. There's no place closer that carries batteries. The "deli" across 3 Ave is not a deli at all.

I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn Brooklyn Downtown for my birthday, and I had a wonderful experience! The location is fantastic—close to great restaurants and public transportation, which made getting around Brooklyn and Manhattan a breeze. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day, with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate my birthday. Thank you, La Quinta Inn, for making my stay so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!

I Would Book Again Even though The Vent Need to be clean Got Sick, too much Dust was Blowing from the vent. The place was clean

Hotel was clean an nice

This place needs a major upgrade and possibly new washing machines. All of the bed linens I received during my stay were full of stains and lots of random strands of hair. The bathroom fans are very loud and overwhelming. The property is not nice and extremely overpriced. It just looks and feels dingy. I didn’t want to touch or lay on anything. I wouldn’t stay there again.

I had a room in the basement. Asked to be change room I was told it’s fully booked. I think migrants were staying at the hotel. I will never stay at any Wyndham properties again.

Luckily I just stayed one night, I got a room placed in the C floor which is a basement, loud hitter, nothing like what I booked on the app. The “coffee” maker had the tiniest cord so I wasn’t able to connect it to make myself a cup of coffee or tea, I had to hold the coffee maker in hand near the plug until coffee was made. Carper wasn’t clean

The facility did not have a handicap accessible room, they wantes to charge me 45 per car doe parking. Totally disappointed!

I liked how smooth check in was

This place is horrible. The front desk charged me twice. After I already paid for on hotels.com. The man at the front desk tried to embarrass me saying my Amex card got declined even though it was the same card I used to pay when I got there. I had to call hotels.com to issue a refund. Luckily I was only there for a night.

Nice beds and amenities

I chose this property solely due to the closeness to a dear friend. I was dreadfully disappointed in the size of the rooms, condition of the space and the service. The walls in the hall are covered with old crusty food, the continental breakfast space is a small room where there is barely room to stand, wait, walk around, grab anything because it is FAR too small for the amount of rooms and guests they have. The cleaning service didn't get to our room until 4 or 5pm and I needed to ask them to come earlier so it would be cleaned by the time we returned for my young child's nap. There is a CONSTANT smell of marijuana in and outside of the hotel. There is one, very slow elevator and when you are on the top floor, it is very hard to get in, especially at breakfast time. I was struggling with a child, a stroller and multiple bags with their barely working cart and a staff member mopping with bucket and mop squeezed on to get on the elevator first without helping me with the cart and my child and left little room for us. Teeny towels, terrible water pressure, This was a property formerly used for people sent here by other states (which is disgusting of those places to do that) but it still has remnants of large groups of people taking over the property. Run down and unattended to. I will not be staying here again.

Really didn’t like the bathroom doors but everything else was okay so I would recommend
