I found this property to be consistent with the standard of quality that I expect from La Quinta. The room was of good size, quiet, clean, and nicely appointed. I don't usually stay at La Quinta, because of the higher price point, so this was an exception for me. I was not disappointed at all with the room, but the breakfast was another matter. This is a very large hotel, and this was a football weekend, I believe, so it was packed. The breakfast room was overwhelmed. The food offerings were the usual. Nothing that you wouldn't find at any low mid-range motel or hotel continental breakfast. The problem was that they had only two waffle makers for everyone to use, so there were many people having to wait in line for their favorite breakfast treat, bland waffles. Some people, including myself, found themselves standing in line, even though they didn't want to bother with the waffles, fearing that they'd been seen to be cutting in line if they moved past it and just selected from the other options. I finally did that anyway, because it made no sense to stand in the waffle line. I suggest that in the future when you have such large crowds, you clearly separate the waffle station from everything else. That might serve to ensure a more efficient operation. And maybe get a couple more waffle makers. Not for me. For the other people. Thanks.

Excellent Service

I called at 8;00 pm to arrange lodging for the night, the receptionist was so helpful to accommodate our overnight stay. They provided free shuttle rides to the airport at midnight and again early the next day.We are truly grateful.

Being by the airport made it very convenient.

The bathroom floor had stuff all underneath the counter and a few things on the rest of the floor so it definately had not been vacuumed of the bathroom floor was cleaned, I highly doubt the carpet was clean either. I pulled out the night table between the beds so we could plug our phones I. And it was filthy behind there. The breakfast: there was no ketchup for sausages and no peanut butter. The guy putting out the food was kind of rude when asked about this.

Near airport

I would have given 5 stars but Shower won't stay at set warmth. Water would get cold then get hot again, so had to keep adjusting the shower knob.

Staff was very friendly! I felt safe.
