When we got there I was given a complimentary upgrade, which was amazing. We had a great view, and ample space. However, our toilet got clogged right away, and the maintenance staff was not available to fix it until the next morning, two hours before checking out.

The property it’s incredible, all areas are impecable, lobby, hallways, my room. We were upgraded to a Suite, we fell in love with the view.

I wish I caught her name but my housekeeper was incredibly sweet and thoughtful. Loved my stay. The view was incredible. Would stay here again!

very nice view from my room, i can see, grand canyon and strait tower. very spacious hotel, everything is there very complete, hotel staff is very kind, comfortable place

It was a very bad experience. At 1:48 am there was still loud music and noisy sound next to our room. My child could not sleep. I called the room service and the lady told me that the security will go up and will remind them but until 3:00am I still can hear a noisy sound and a loud music. I was so scared because I can hear they were consume an alcoholic drink. It was unpleasant day for us.

When I arrived at the front counter, the staff told me that my booking has been cancelled. Have to spend a check with their manager and then finally got the rooms.
