The hotel was perfectly situated and very convenient location. Top notch staff the room was well appointed even though it was small there was a place for everything. Bathroom was newly updated. Big window made the room bright with blackout shades perfect for the morning no complaints. I was able to check in a little bit earlier due to an impending snowstorm, which I really appreciate it. I will definitely be back.

Vijay was a great help getting us checked in and providing amenity information. We arrived before check-in was available, but there's enough to do in that area that time flew by. The on-site restaurant was available for breakfast, and had some of the best croissants and tea I've ever had. Given the opportunity, we would definitely go back.

The lobby is small and there are a few amenities close by. But the Paris restaurant next-door is wonderful. There were a few occasions when I went to the front desk ask a question or request help, but there was nobody there since the receptionist was outside the hotel.

I’m a Marriott Bonvoy member. Marriott should be embarrassed by this facility. The room has broken wood furniture from the 1950. For the price due to the provoking to Central Park I would recommend staying a a more modern facility with functional elevators and taking an uber. Marriott shame on you

Very good location. However…My room was in the -09 stack if you’re given a room in this stack it will be very dark. dark dated furnishings and decor. Extremely poor lighting, exposed extension cords, no slippers or robe as itemized on website, unable to close the pocket door for the bathroom, no mention of the main restaurant being closed, leaving only the bar and it’s limited menu for dining.only one drawer available and had to use the small desktop and the two shelves above to place my packed belongings. Very inconvenient for a 7 night stay.cheap plastic soap dish and waste can in bathroom. Did not look forward to returning to my room each evening. Despite good location the mediocrity of the property did not justify the price.

We went for a weekend and it’s a pretty penny so you would imagine it’s updated but nope. 1 restaurant, outdated furniture, outdated bathrooms. So disappointing. On a good note… the lobby smells good.

I think the property needs a little refresh or a consideration of how to utilize spaces; especially in the lobby. In all fairness the restaurant, that was at ground level, was under renovation so let’s be fair. It is a little expensive for what you get, but I’m assuming if I had a Central Park view it would be worth it. But I would definitely plan out months in advance, so I get a better price for what I’m getting.

We were a party of four and booked a single room with two double beds. Unfortunately, the room was exceedingly small for four people, and the air conditioning was problematic. The staff, however, were extremely accommodating and moved us to individual rooms with king size beds. The majority of the rooms are a king size bed format, and in my opinion, the only way to go when staying at this hotel. The Hotel rooftop bar was recently renovated and a great place to enjoy breakfast or evening cocktails. The downstairs restaurant is under renovations and should open soon. We would definitely stay here again, but ensure you have a room with a king size bed.

Housekeeping was very helpful and always showed up to clean even after we told them to come back later. The room service they offer is fairly delicious and open pretty late. Overall great customer service and they don't charge extra to hold your bags if you have a late flight back home.

The room we were given was tiny, the phone looked and felt dirty, the facility was sub-par, the front desk was not helpful in any way, the roof top bar had furniture that was torn and cracked on the arms and they felt dirty.
We could not stay in the room and did not continue our stay. We left. We need a refund immediately.

The shower had completely empty shampoo/conditioner/soap bottles that were mounted to the wall. Getting in a shower and then realizing there is no soap/shampoo is a huge annoyance. I would expect that to be part of basic housekeeping. Several flies were in the room/halls at all times.
