We really enjoyed are stay, the bed was wonderful the room was clean. The dinner @ 24/7 was great. The breakfast was terrible

Everything was excellent. The only thing was that the tv in the room loses its signal non dtop.

It’s always a great experience just hate that they don’t offer late check outs but other than that everything is perfect!

Having a casino, restaurant options, decent store, and great options for room pricing are things that make the monarch above and beyond. BUT when you suspect we're in our room, especiallywith do not disturb on, why would you knock while you're opening the door and come in without giving time for us to respond or prepare. Not onlyonce but twice. The first time my girlfriend and I were not dressed and it wasnt even noon. I definitely showed lots of frustration and made it clear that this room is not vacant and that we do have it booked until the next day. Then the second time, not only did he do the same exact thing, knock pointlessly because he opened the door first, but it was also the same exact person and to make things arguably worse than first time our personal privacy was violated my girlfriend was using the toilet with the door open with a straight line of sight from the front door to the toilet. We would like to say that we were very pleased with our stay, but it's hard to when the staff committed what is possibly a criminal crime multiple times in 30 minutes. The property, amenities, rooms, casino, and dining options were all good, but the service provided by the hotel staff was atrocious. Not friendly, difficult to deal with, and invaded our privacy to the most extreme degree. I would stay again but expect to be compensated in some way for the experiences we had with the hotel staff. 8/10 (9/10 without the privacy violations)

Very nice location clean and comfy rooms

The Resort was super clean, friendly staff and wonderful pool area with three hot tubs; one outdoors.

We did a little staycation with our 2 daughters (1&4) everyone was so accommodating. The pool was amazing so luxurious & the amenities clean & the rooms clean. We enjoyed everything

Firstly, After checking into the hotel and going up to the room. Someone walks into the room with their key. Very concerning as were is the safety of an individual. Additionally, check is at noon. My husband and I went to eat and mingle in the casino and when we got back at 11:00 am all our stuff was removed. Keep in mind that check-out was at 12:00 pm and we had not checked out. Again another breach of safety and our belongings were taken. Despite bringing these concerns to the staff’s attention, I felt that my issues were not adequately addressed. This experience fell short of the high standards I expected from Monarch Hotel, and it negatively impacted my stay. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements to ensure better service for future guests. I would appreciate a response regarding how you plan to address these concerns.

Beautiful hotel

Our room was really nice. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant 24/7 was great and affordable. Pool and hot tubs were very clean, staff were there to hand out towels and fresh cucumber and lemon water. The only negative things were the hotel doesn’t offer luggage carts for the guest and no room service. We would definitely go back.

Overall, the experience was great. We showed up a bit early and they were able to get us into our room easily and quickly. There are many good food options in the hotel and the rooms were well decorated and had some nice touches. There was a club access area (for those in premium rooms) with some nice drinks and breakfast. The views were great and the staff were easy to work with and super attentive.

The hotel room was nice but we had a horrible experience with the staff and the buffet. Was told management would reach out but have not heard anything from them. Service was poor and staff was very rude.

Wishes the pool and hot tubs were open for a longer time in the evening. Not cool that it closes at 10pm.

The property is excellent modern have everything you needed

Used a Kiosk to check-in but key did not work. Everything was great.
