Bed was so uncomfortable my back, shoulders and hips were hurting the entire weekend. They don't provide shampoo but it didnt matter as the water didnt get warm enough to enter the shower or get a good shave.

The first room I was put in, the tv and the phone didn’t work. When I walked back down to the office the front desk girl refused to switch me rooms and said she would send up maintenance (who never showed up). My wife called and raised hell and then they got me a new room. This room…wow…trim was held on by push pins, fuse box was hanging open, toilet handle was broke, like to never got the shower to come on, floor was sticky. There was some terribly loud sound coming from the roof all night that about drowned out the television. No where to sit other than two very uncomfortable hard chairs or the bed. There are so many families living here that a school bus actually shows up to pick up kids.

Right off I45. Easy to get to and great parking. Clean room. No sofa and no facial tissues. Spent 4 nights there and I had no issues with water pressure in the shower, sink etc. Everything was very clean. I'll stay here again.

The toilet needs a new wax ring -it leaks when sitting on toilet then flushing, water seeps around toilet and out onto floor
There was a kind of gurgling noise almost the entire time coming from the wall in bathroom area. I believe this to be a venting problem with the plumbing.
No easy return to thr Starbucks and QT gas station just 2 lots away - you have to drive a few miles to drive nect door due to the 1-way frontage road.
It’s old and smelly like an old smoking room. At 353 per night, or 299 for regular night, it’s way over-priced. I will not be checking into a Motel 6 any longer - It’s more likely ke a Motel Zero
However, the room was clem and the ladies at check-in wete very nice.
