Really nice place to stay very clean including the bathroom. I was very impressed definitely recommend this place to stay. The only thing is that you have to pay for parking $20 because of limited parking spaces, but other than that it’s great!

The room was poorly maintained. The floors had black tape holding them in place. No chair or table to eat or sit. There was no essentials only upon request. Coffee was horrible. We had no hot water!! And no parking!!

The room was cold, no extra blankets, no hot water, noisy personnel at 0700; I could hear every sound from around the other people staying in the room, from conversation to dog barks and people vomiting. The front desk at checkin was very nice and accommodating, and then to check out in the morning, the gentleman behaved as if I were bothering him. This location was convenient for the purpose of my stay, but I would not stay here again; I would rather drive farther and get a good night's warm sleep.

There was no water due to some boiler issues and no parking permits available. I had to pay $60 to park the vehicle at a garage for overnight. The staff answer for everything was we have notifications posted on the lift and in front of the registration counter about parking permits and no water from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. If this was the case then some notification of such kind should display when booking the hotel, not when we come for check in. Very disappointing service. Never coming and not recommending anyone

Very loud. Could hear everything through the wall and in the halls. Lots of screaming and yelling. Cold water most of the time for showers and watching hands.

En la reservacion decia que el precio ya tenia el parking incluido y cuando llegue a la instalacion me cobraron los dos Dias de parking. No fue de mi agrado pagar 40$ extras. Cuando ya debe estar en el precio. 😡

Parking experience wasn't pleasant. Hotel doesn't offer personal care e.g shampoo, tooth brush/paste etclike other hotels do in the area. It was ok experience.

I like that it is walking distance to many things in Hollywood.
