Everything was ok

Upon arrival of entering the requested non smoking room we were greeted with a room reeking  with cigarette smoke. Realizing the previous renters had smoked in here we brought it to the attention of the front desk Cynthia her solution was to deortirize the room and while my children were still in the room which I had to decline since the spray would affect my children. She then became aggressive and rude claiming it's coming from room next door which also is smoke free room. When asking if another room is available she claimed all rooms are taken. That all she can recommend is to spray it and leave window open during the cold of night. We did have to leave it open because the smell was so bad to not cause us nausea and headache from the smell.

I like the bathroom in the handicapped room , definitely one of the nicer rooms

Hotel was booked for 2 nights. The heater situation was bad, which was made even worse since it's the middle of winter and it was freezing. I also saw several roaches , and there where issues with the shower head. Very loud and sprayed water over your head. When I brought these things up to the General Manager, Lizzy, and asked her for just proof that I had made the complaints so I could call Motel 6 customer service, she then told me they don't do that. And made excuses for any issue I brought up, saying that everyone is different and can take different room temperatures, as some kinda excuse for the crappy heater. Despite the fact I told her that everyone was freezing. She then said we should have been offered extra blankets.... And as for as the shower head it's only temporary accommodation so I should understand things not working that well. Horrible experience. I've had a better past experience there, don't know what happened this time. New management maybe? Would definitely not recommend.

The housekeeping staff was excellent. I left a day early because work was canceled and they didnt refund me for the night.

The staff here is always amazing! The rooms are always spotless! There's never trash or any messes on the property. They really seem to care and take pride in their work.

I made a reservation Orbitz, I checked in, came back a few hours later to my key not working, the lady at the front desk said my son came back and got another key (no he didn’t) and I said my son was with me. After getting a new key I opened the door to some man in my room smh. I went back to the office and told her what happened. She gave me a refund and said they didn’t have any more rooms smh #NeverAgain

We got there late and the hotel's key card machine had crashed with no service support on the weekend. The front desk manager was having to check people in and then walk you to your room to let you in. And she was cheerful and helpful despite all that. We were traveling with dogs and this spot was truly pet-friendly. A lovely, clean patch of nice grass, fully stocked poop station and a well lit parking lot. The room was very clean and beds comfortable. We have another dog tournament in the area coming up in April and plan to book here again.

The room is a good size and the bed is very comfortable.

Room was very clean. Jimmy at registration was very pleasant. No coffee, refrigerator or microwave but still a good value. Good place for a one night stop over. I did notice security duty in parking area.

Fun and great staff very helpful. However the fellow guests are less than wonderful. Understandable so 3.5/5
